Shipping policy
Order Processing : All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Each saree is carefully inspected, folded, and packed to preserve the quality of the silk during transit. During peak seasons, festivals, or special launches, processing time may take slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping (India)
• Delivery Time: 3–7 business days depending on the location
• Shipping Partner: Trusted courier services such as DTDC, Blue Dart, Delivery, or equivalent
• Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout or offered free for selected orders
Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is dispatched.
International Shipping
Mahizham Weaves proudly ships worldwide.
• Delivery Time: 12 - 21 days business days depending on the destination country
• Shipping Partner: International courier services such as DHL, FedEx, or Aramex
Important:
International orders may be subject to custom duties, taxes, or import charges determined by the destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or message with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Packaging
Every Mahizham Weaves saree is packed with care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We use protective packaging suitable for silk textiles to prevent damage during shipping.
